　　I am terribly sorry that I have to cancel my travel plan and, and to my regret, I will not be able to visit you.

　　It is mainly because at that time I will be fully occupied by an international conference on the Belt and Road Initiative. This morning, after the vote of the board of my company, I receive an appointment be a representative of our company to attend the conference, which will be held in Xi’ An and last for a week from January 8th to 15th. Therefore I am forced to adjust my former schedule.
